I visited the clinic yesterday. Attitude of  doctor and staff is very rude. Waiting area was not at all comfortable. During the peak of summer, AC was not switched on, initially. However,  after around 45 minutes, staff switched on the AC. Doctor lacks basic sensitivity while talking to a pregnant woman and her attendants.  Clinic’s hygiene was not upto the mark. The toilet facility is extremely poor with no cleanliness, and very unhygienic. Strangely, this is the only ultrasound clinic where husband or any other lady attendants  are not allowed to accompany the pregnant woman during the scan.  They take full payment in advance on arrival. So, can't leave the clinic without scan. She had not put her stamp to authenticate her signature on the report. When I approached her, she rudely turned down the request for putting her stamp on the report. In a nutshell, waiting area :- uncomfortable. Behaviour of doctor and staff :- very very rude. Hygiene and cleanliness :- poor. Report :- not authenticated with  rubber stamp. Which is not presentable before any authorities. Even a Gynaecologist can also refuse to honour such reports. I would therefore definitely caution the people not  to visit this ultrasound clinic. Please, don't go to this clinic.

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. The doctor comes across as very arrogant and shows little to no empathy towards patients. She does not communicate properly and avoids answering basic questions about scan results, leaving patients anxious and without any reassurance. Another major concern is the insistence on cash payments only. She repeatedly refuses card or online transactions, often giving excuses like “machine not working” or “transaction limit exceeded,” which feels inappropriate and suspicious. The reception staff also reflect the same behavior—unhelpful, lacking basic manners, and constantly pushing for cash payments instead of offering convenient options. Overall, the entire experience feels stressful and untrustworthy. Not recommended at all.
